Ο Πλιατσικούρας Αθανάσιος γεννήθηκε στην Κ. Ζαχλωρού από τον Φίλιππα και την Παναγιώτα. Νυμφεύτηκε την Πλατσικούρα Δήμητρα από Καστριά Καλαβρύτων και απέκτησαν δύο παιδιά, την Γεωργία και την Θεοδώρα
Εκτελέστηκε από τους Γερμανούς στις 08-12-1943 στην Κ. Ζαχλωρού
