Ο Τσορωτιώτης Παναγιώτης γεννήθηκε στα Καλάβρυτα από τον Γεώργιο και την Αλεξάντρα Φένα-Τσοροτιώτη. Ένας αδελφός του, ο Μιχαήλ, εκτελέστηκε. Νυμφεύτηκε την Θεοδωροπούλου Ακριβή από Κ.Λουσούς και απέκτησαν τέσσερα παιδιά, τον Γεώργιο, τον Αλέξιο, την Άννα και τον Ιωάννη (εκτελέστηκε)
Εκτελέστηκε από τους Γερμανούς στις 13-12-1943 στην Λάκκα του Καπή.
